Good post, makes a lot of sense, but one more thing does it, your brain serotonin levels drop and that will kill your sex drive, the reason they drop is because tryptophan an amino acid you need to serotonin get's transported over the blood brain barrier by a spike of insulin and oviousely you don't have any spikes or raises of insulin when you are not eating carbs, i personally don't belive in low carb diets but that's another discussion...try some 5htp it's a supplement should help...
