I forgot my home brew today (2 scoops plain whey, 1 smaller scoop dextrose, 1 heaping tsp malted milk) so I went to GNC to get a protein shake for post w/o.
Most either have lots of carbs or lots of protein but never both. The best one I found was the one with a big 40 on it. 40g protein and 15g maltodextrin.
Some of the so-called post workout shakes actually have high fructose corn syrup!!!!!
