Why do my hands fall asleep on cycles?

holy shit.. i thought i was the only one! my right arm falls asleep every night ever since my first cycle. In the middle of the night i have to slap it around to get it going again.. but damn it's uncomfortable.

Actually that is not true though most think that is the reason.

That falling asleep feeling is actually caused from a pinched nerve.

The body believing that extreme trauma or something has happened to the limb, makes it go numb and acts as if it is not there.

The waking up pins and needles is all of a sudden the nerves messages being allowed to pass through after you have uncrimped the nerve that caused the block. The brain is all of a sudden receiving signals from nerves it had believed were gone.

If it was from poor circulation your body parts would be getting cold. Wrap rubberbands around your finger very tightly thats what poor ciculation looks like.

Your guess is as good as mine though as too why on cycle it happens more.

I believe since test is made of chained cholesterol that is has something to do with blocked veins from the test(cholesterol). like when someone that is about to have a heart attack, their arm(s) go numb...

sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night wondering where the hell my arms went.

seriously though, my arms fall asleep all the time when i sleep now. and just sitting in chairs in class my ass and legs fall asleep easily too.

That is really weird, what kind of gear are you using, Mexican, from a domestic source, vet, or what. I have never had this happen and buy all my gear directly in Mexico
