Yup it has flax in it, that is the main ingredient. It is supposed to be even better in terms of it's lipid profile...
The taste is only slightly better for me, so don't get your hopes up.

Udo's does have flax in it Dayna. He makes the blend in an effort to get a 2:1 n-3 to n-6 ratio, but there is alot of flax in the mixture.
Well the UDO don't taste bad so I was not sure anyways Seashell give it a try
