why do i have pain in my shoulders and chest?

i have gained and kept about 12-15 lbs in lean muscle in the last four months.i did an eight week cyle of deca and dbol about four months ago,my shoulders and chest have really developed alot since this was my first cycle.now my chest and shoulders hurt during my warm up sets on the bench and the incline.i took a week off and went on vacation came back and worked out yesterday and the pain is still there.it doesnt feel like a pulled muscles not really sure how to describe it.anyone know what it could be and how can i help it?
 
Prolly tendon/ligament injury due to rapid strength increase during cycle.
 
Sounds like you are strained and need to take it easy. Like ZYG said, you propably grew too strong too quick.
 
too much, too fast...but its okay...either take another cycle, or start taking stuff for your joints, like glucosamine, and do lots of warm up sets, maybe with a little cardio warm up to get the blood flowing through your muscles
 
There are many possibilities, increased fluid, increased RBC, but strain is the most likely.

Go to the training board and read about active recovery. It really helps with this.

Some days when I have really badly strained a muscle... I'll go in an do my workout with only 10-15 lbs dumbells for an entire session. It definitely helps me recover faster if I keep the muscle active without reinjuring it.
