i have gained and kept about 12-15 lbs in lean muscle in the last four months.i did an eight week cyle of deca and dbol about four months ago,my shoulders and chest have really developed alot since this was my first cycle.now my chest and shoulders hurt during my warm up sets on the bench and the incline.i took a week off and went on vacation came back and worked out yesterday and the pain is still there.it doesnt feel like a pulled muscles not really sure how to describe it.anyone know what it could be and how can i help it?
