Why do I ache like an old man?

Approx 8 weeks into my cycle.. 500mg sust every 10 days to begin with and 20mg dbol per day wks 1-5...

Now, at wk 8.. I am using 500mg enanthate per week.. no dbol left. I train ad hoc.. i.e. I may train any day..

I stick to basic exercises. In fact I ONLY ever do: like leg press, leg curl, lat pulldown, t-row, bench, shoulder press, lateral flyes, tricep push down and shit loads of full range dips. That is my entire reportoire of exercises. I do maybe 10 sets per exercise. I always go for 2 rep maxiumums.

..I do a lot of cycling - maybe 10 miles every day at least.

Now this isn't too far from my natural training. Difference is maybe 2 sets! I never grew on 3 sets. I never grew on 10 reps.. I need some 2 rep reps..

I always train to maxium intensity.

Why do I fucking ache? Why is it so hard to climb the fucking stairs? I only did legs once last week, yet they still feel like lead...

My Kcals are at least 3500 per day now... say 200g of protein at least.

I hadn't trained at all previous to my starting this cycle for a whole year!!!! Is my body having a moan for this sudden immersion? Will moving from sustanon to enanthate for the last 4 weeks help?
 
I have gained around 20lbs net... my weight fluctuates. Sometimes it reads 26 or 27lb gain...

I have gained.. I now ripple the way I remember. But have I done a few boo boo's? Have I done an Amaf? Perhaps I should have trained natural for 2 months to get myself back on track.. and get back a little of the natural 25lb lost... then juiced for more assistance...

Should I have stayed away from sustanon - which makes me feel like shit.

Will enanthate make me feel better?

Am I training too hard? Are my kcals high enough? Sometimes I get 4000kcals...m it's a real chore though...

I ache!!!
 
You may have the sus flu. It is a bitch.

Do the ethanate instead it works just fine. I did a cycle using sus to start with 2 amps that was all ethnate.

That really gets thing started quickly and then the ethanate.

Finish it up with the ethanate, and cycle off properly. The depression is bad enough at times to be on a anti-dressant for me. But I will have to deal with it. Keep busy, it helps alot.

As you said, you should have first done a little natural training. Aching muscles are normal during intense training but joints, tendons etc. do not get stronger from steroids. What happens is your muscles get stronger but too strong for joints/tendons to cope with so you will suffer more. The natural period allows them to develop a little naturally first in preparation for gear and heavy training. If it persists go lighter for a few weeks to allow them to catch up.
 
If you added 20 lbs in short order, you likely added some strngth too. thats quite a load and something the body needs to get used to. Muscles grow much much faster than tendons and ligamints can adjust which can account for a lot of aches.
