Why can't I give out karma?

People I gave karma to 1 time like a couple weeks ago it won't let me give it to again, it says I have to spread it around. Am I doing something wrong?

good question......I think that you have to run out of karma for the day......then you can hit everyone again.......please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think you can only hit someone once with every karma cycle you have.
