Why cant I drop my final 3% bodyfat...

I'm about 10% right now and I'm wanting to get down to about 6-7% but I cant seem to do it. Here is my diet and stuff...

Breakfast
6 egg whites
1 slice of fat free cheese

2 hours later
1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 tsp of brown sugar

2 hours later is Lunch
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of green beans

2 hours later
1 can of tuna

3 hours later workout
weights for an hour and 30 minutes of cardio on the cross trainer burning ~430 calories. my work out is in check too.

right after work out
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of green beans

what am I doing wrong?
 
First of all what are your stats? Without even knowing yoru stats I can se that you are eating way under 1000 cals and unless you weigh under 90 lbs, you are in starvation mode. To lose fat efficiently you shoudl be at around your weight x 12. I woudl also looking into doing a CKD (Mr.X has a manual at the top of the page).

Right now I'm 5'7" and weight about 150. I'm not really a ckd person. I dont think I could do it at all.
 
your problem is that you are STARVING yourself, you're HIGHLY hypocaloric and undereating yourself into failure....
at 150, your daily cal shoul be 1650-1800, and I counted yours to be abot 900 which is WAY below your BMR = starvation

NEW MEALS IN bold

Breakfast

2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal

2 hours later
1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 tsp of brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal mixed w/ 40g protein

2 hours later is Lunch
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of green beans
1 chicken breast
1 cup green beans
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil


2 hours later
1 can of tuna
+1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

3 hours later workout
weights for an hour and 30 minutes of cardio on the cross trainer burning ~430 calories. my work out is in check too.

15g psyllium husk fiber
