I'm about 10% right now and I'm wanting to get down to about 6-7% but I cant seem to do it. Here is my diet and stuff...
Breakfast
6 egg whites
1 slice of fat free cheese
2 hours later
1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 tsp of brown sugar
2 hours later is Lunch
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of green beans
2 hours later
1 can of tuna
3 hours later workout
weights for an hour and 30 minutes of cardio on the cross trainer burning ~430 calories. my work out is in check too.
right after work out
1 grilled chicken breast
1/2 cup of green beans
what am I doing wrong?
