Why can you drink Winny and not other steroids?

I was wondering why you can drink Winny and not any other steroids? This may be a dumb question but I can not find the answer.

you can drink it because it is 17-AA, so it is the same in pill or liquid form

You can drink all non esterified 17Alpha alkylated Steroids as Dianabol, Winstrol, Anadrol all comes in both injectable and oral versions
