A few years ago when I was off work for 6 months, I reverted back to my natural vampire lifestyle. I was going to bed about 6 a.m and getting up at 3 to 4 in the afternoon.

Near Mt. Hood. Its a hour and a half drive each way, 8.5 mile hike. It will be my first time on these trails, the one I usually go on is just under 10 miles and its listed as "advanced". It brutally kicks my ass every time I do it.

Thanks. I've been jogging 3-4 miles 5 days a week for about 4 months now, so I'm in pretty good shape, but these damn advanced hikes still kick my ass every time.

Your heart should be very healthy. Good work. I have vowed to never slack on cardio again. I shoot for 15 to 20 minutes 3 times a week and workout at 85 to 90% of my max heart rate. I've noticed a difference after a month of being consistent. I was wheezing slightly during intense sex not long ago. I still need to get tested for asthma. But I haven't wheezed in awhile. Breathing seems tight some times.
i was like that all my life (could sleep forever..10-12+ hours easy).
was fine for high school, college (especially w/ online classes and late night ones), but once i got in the working world it fucked me. lost a job over it....and almost lost a very very high position at my last company because of it.
i still have problems not sleeping till 11ish, or later on some days(and going to bed at 2-3am or later). if i wasn't my own boss, i'd be fired...
very very hard habit to break once you get used to it
