aww that sucks.. I had one from before xmas all the way up untill the other day. No kidding! It was like a 2 week headache....I have no idea what caused it but damn it sucked. Luckily I havent had it in 3 days! Go me...wooohooo
Try taking some motrin or some thing.

I will when I get home. We have no meds here at the office. Gonna have to bring my own personal stash to keep in my desk. Its not often I get them but boy oh boy when I do, watch out. Its a doozie!

I don't think the gym is gonna help it at all either. hahha but I am going!

That is the same way as I am. I dont get the typical headaches, I get full on migrains! It sucks big time.
YOu def should get a zip lock baggie full of motrins and stick em in your desk!

usually works for me but I think I'll need an extra dose today

I was taking mortin 600 mg's for mine. I ran out and ended up taking aspirin. It sucked.
Never tried excedrin. I must concider it. Only prob is that must otc come in 500 max mg and I need atleast 600 to tackle my migrains.
I was on migrain meds back in 03 but after I had my daughter I stopped getting them so I through out the pills. God, I wish I had kept them. I hate going to the neurologist and listening to all the crap they say. I have to make another appt soon it has been awhile

I am highly addicted to caffeine. If I dont have my coffee my whole day gets blown to shit.

I'm getting a headache just by thinking about it! It has been a long miserable day. I even did all of Ashley's filing.....I don't file! Busy this morning and of course during lunch and then, nothing! I can't stand it!

I dont think that there is any problem starting new topics/threads..It is the amount of threads that you make, and the quality.
