Why are QV vials always underfilled?

Ok Bro, I'm making this up just to have something to complain about.

No, I have noticed that "several" QV vials I've both ordered from sources and personally purchased in TJ were underfilled. I'm not making this up for shits and giggles or for the hell of it. It's been my personal experience with QV vials. I guess I'm full of shit though, right??

I think you missed my point bro. Please re-read my post. I never said that you were making anything up and I never referred to you specifically. I was referring to the numerous people that have complained that QV 10ml vials are underfilled.

What I was trying to say earlier is that very rarely do people underfill their syringes. It is way more common for people to overfill their syringes by .1 to .2cc's. If this is the case then this would explain where the other cc or 2 that is missing went. See where I'm coming from?

i'm a perfectly anal syringe filler, and my shit is still 1cc short. i did once get some pre-loads off a guy, and they were filled to all different levels for christs sakes. so some people are retarded it seems in filling the syringe. i'll give you that much.
