why are people against marriage?

One more thing for the bros of Elite to keep in mind in this day and age:
If you plan on ever getting married and want it to last, wait for her to propose to you, and pray that she's not a crazy one who said it within a couple weeks or so of your relationship. 2+ years is a good watermark to use for the test of time as well as her integrity. And if she never proposes, she probably didn't hold the kind of love that would make a marriage last, at least on her end. However, if she's the timid type, she probably never would have anyway, so just straight up tell her that the two of you are going to get married. And whatever you do, never lose the "pants" of the relationship and revert to being a pussywhipped bitch. It will be all downhill from there. Things were easier for previous generations in the marriage department because society was so very different and more rigidly structured, especially when considering social norms. Now more than ever, you have to know how to be a man inside and out, which is first and foremost what a woman really wants.
