Your piriformis muscles could be tight from the glute injections. Sometimes the piriformis muscles can contract on the sciatic nerve and cause numbness in your feet. Try stretching them.

Lay on your back cross your left knee over your right knee and pull them to your chest. Repeat for the other side. Do this a couple times and you should feel it pulling deep in your glutes. Maybe 4-5 stretches each side for 10-15 seconds each. Do it everyday. That should help.

Were you on the eliptical at all. That stupid ass machine makes my toes fall asleep too.

Some good advice there... but if it doesn't help, it could be either a circulatory problem or a nerve problem... I have a similar problem with my feet going numb, plus I have some "lumps" in either legs...thought they were calcium deposits but my doctor thinks it's circulatory... he's referred me to a circulatory specialist

normally numbness in toes is circulatory problem

good luck to you

True. That's why I get numb on an eliptical. But, considering the area of injections, maybe it is tightening the piriformis muscle which def can push on the sciatic. But, since it is in both feet, maybe more likely circulatory like Selene said. How about blood sugar issues? It wouldn't hurt to get the bloodwork done at the doc.

i had this happen a couple times a day after an injection.

I think the mild swelling by the sciatic nerve might put slight pressure on it, resulting in a numbness of the feet. This has happened to me before a couple times, it will go away
