why are my speakers making noise?

okay the question is not that simple as it may sound

my subwoofer on my desk is transmiting radio stations, the sound is really low so I cant really hear much but I can hear music playing and someone talking

now its kinda buggin me that I think about it

also in this same room, my cell phone provider always changes from ATT to Cingular

which is just as weird cause when I call the number the call still goes through

I get that weird shit to,voices,scratchy noises and such,creepy as hell

yea like right now my phones searching for network for some reason and most likely it will change to a different provider
