First off, i get a good 6-7 hours of sleep a night and thats sufficient for me. Yesterday i get home, go to the gym, then take a nice 5 hour nap... stay up for 2 hours, then pass out again. Today is my day off from the gym, so i got home from school, lay on my couch to watch TV and here i am 4 hours later because i just passed out. I do have a small cold, but i don't think that's an explanation to why i am getting so damn tired. Ive had manyt colds before and it never made me feel liket his. If this goes on for another day or 2 should i get help or something?
