Why am i not gaining weight?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I just finished my first cycle. I ran 400 mg of sust for 8 weeks along with 20 of Nolv. ED. (i needed that much Nolv). I am currently on the 5 by 5 program and have cut out cardio. So every ten days or so ill hit a muscle group twice. I gained about 12 lbs in the 8 weeks.
At 30 years of age and after intense training and eating like a horse im wondering if you bros have any suggestions.
I did just start running creatine and glutamine- and lots of it. (Creatine Surge)
here was my diet today:
meal 1: chicken soup, protein shake
meal 2: eggwhites w/veggies
meal 3: hamburger, mashed pots, cottage cheese
snack: protien bar
meal 4: crab cakes(3) salad, wheat bread
meal 5: chicken burrito
meal 6: protein shake, cottage cheese

So Im thinking i could deffinatley add a few calories, especially in the early part of my day. I was also thinking of adding a ginger supplement to increase appetite because as it is i really cant force any more food down.( I ts a running joke w/my friends that i am constantly eating. )
So... any miracle suggestions?
Im 6 ft and now weigh 176lbs. (and yes i know most of you don't approve of me juicing a that low of a weight) :nopity:

You're right, you probably do need some more calories. But 12 lbs isn't all that bad.
 
No. Youre right. I am happy with 12 lbs. Its not al bvad.
Satchboogie- i ahve had this question asked. It was a large vial of sust and i just drew from that, abd im sure its legit.
 
If your eating like a horse and not gaining weight, eat like a fricken horse and a half. 400mg of any test is only miinmal, aas use especially if its a mex product as many such products are under dosed.
 
start adding a tablespoon of olive oil to several meals, it's almost all healthy fats and is around 120 cals. also, start eating natural peanut butter.
 
Where does the part about not gaining weight come in? How long since your last shot of sust? For what period of time have you have not been gaining weight?
 
lso don't make your last meal a protein shake. They are absorbed too quickly, you want something to digest rather slowly over night to keep you full of protein all night long. Protein shakes should be taken in the morning when you need to quickly add protein, and post workout. Try eating 2 grams of protein per lb of bosdyfat and 3 grams of carbs per lb. and see what happens. Don't be scared of a little fat it comes with the territory.
 
IMO not near enough good carbs.
All the carbs listed are quick absorbing High GI's. Also, as gimp said- you need more good fat- especially w/ your nightly protein shake. Also, what about your water? how much are you takin in? Don't be afraid to cheat either. Go get a big-n tasty at McD's- shit get 2!
 
Thanks guys. yah, i like those Big and Tastys cause its mostly meat and not a bunch of fake cheese etc.
I have been including soy milk into my protein shakes. i will try for more carbs too.
Ive been getting a gallon of water a day and also gatorade.
Thanks for all the good advice- first up will be the peanut butter.

In regard to gains, I'm not sure what you're asking. You should be pretty damn happy with the 12 pound gain assuming a good deal of it is muscle you will hold onto.
 
it looks like you are definately getting enough protein in your diet. You definately need more carbs in there if you want to grow as they are your main energy fuel source. Also you can add some fat in your diet, throw in a tablespoon of flax in your protein shakes :-)
 
Well I know i gained it all in muscle because my body fat is down a litle - though im not sure how much. And my strenght increased dramatically- especially w/squats, leg extentions and incline chest.
