Why am I always hungry?

Sweet merciful crap. I eat dinner, I have some yogurt, I eat this, I eat that, but there is always this underlying hunger. My stomach is a greedy spoiled kid that never can have enough. It's like I have to feed him ice cream to shut him up for the night. Luckily I don't because I'm a pretty awesome person and realize how important it is to be Jesus-esque ripped. But what is the deal broa constrictors?
 
If you eat in large portions then your stomach will stretch giving you a feeling of being hungry sometimes even if you've just eaten.

I have the same problem, I can eat anytime of the day or night regardless of what I've consumed already so I drink lots of water to fill up.
 
I don't typically eat in large portions, but then again sometimes I do. On the other hand I drink shit tons of water throughout the day. It's the only thing I drink other than Milk with Protein shakes. So yeah it sucks.

I drink about 6 32OZ of water a day and it does the trick for me. But since you said you drink water already, I dunno? People used to joke that I had a tapeworm
 
i got a blood test because the doctors thought i had a tape worm !! i was hungry and ate a ton but never gained any weight !!! found out it was just a really high motabilism, but its just now tht im 19 tht i can acually make gains at weights !!! but yeah more common thn u think
 
i wish i had that problem

<LOL> Sounds like me. I barely ever get full. I can eat non-stop. Its pretty much a problem. BUt Im still awesome. I use my hunger as power for my bench press
 
Im fricken cutting and I know these hunger pains, I am eating fist sized portions every 1.5-2 hrs to keep my ass from eating my pants

nope just trying to look good for summer time and get back on track after having no consistant diet/routine for a year, it sucks but I wont lose fat if I dont eat around 17-1800cals a day plus cardio
 
when I'm cutting I'm pretty much always hungry too. Makes food taste a lot better though.

I'm cutting now too.....

breakfast: fat free cottage cheese
lunch: tuna, lean steak burrito, some peanut butter filled pretzels
snack: nuts
dinner: chicken or fish and some vegetables
late night snack: cereal

well for lemme put some cals on it:

breakfast: fat free cottage cheese (200 cals)
lunch: tuna, lean steak burrito, some peanut butter filled pretzels (700 cals)
snack: nuts (300 cals)
dinner: chicken or fish and some vegetables (600 cals)
late night snack: cereal (500 cals)

so 2300 cals right?

dude, cereal as a late night snack? if your cutting you can do a lot better than that. Just bad timing.
 
i'm cutting too and it sucks. all 3 of my roommates eat delivery pizza and fast food everyday and i'm dying sitting here at my computer sipping on a protein shake and licking a spoonful of ANPB.

story of my life! my entire freezer is full of frozen pizzas, they eat that all week and even order delivery on the weekend sometimes....crazy
