my lean body mass is 202. if i did a 2 week cycle i should go to 210.
so why exactly do i need 400 g protein a day, isn't the amount of protein relative to the amount of muscle you intend to build. i think there are 100g protein in a lb of muscle (this isn't to say that 100g a day will grow 1 lb a day), so why do i need 400 g to build 4 lbs a week while someone with a lbm of 130 only needs 260 g a day to build 4 lbs a week.
