Just started week 4 of a ref-b/deca cycle. Ended the ref-b early cause it wasn't doing shit except giving me acne. I'll stick with real dbol from now on. Running the deca at 300mg/week.
Weight is up about 8 pounds, while bodyfat is down quite a bit, don't know exactly how much, but before the cycle you couldn't see my abs, now I'm fucking ripped. Funny thing is this was meant to be a bulking cycle, I'm eating like a horse, yet losing BF. I'm not complaining though, I think I look pretty damn good.
