Who's got motorcycles???

Very nice. That's what Nicky Hayden uses for racing. I have 2000 CBR400F4i Honda.

Oh, jesus, 400? I meant 600, LOL. 400 c.c. would be a pansy ass motorcycle, then.

Got a TL 1000R, but thinking of trading it in on a Ducati 996. Nothing like the V-Twin torque.

MORE PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED IN CAR ACCIDENTS THAN MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS PER CAPITA. GLAD TO SEE YOU ARE UP ON YOUR FACTS.

ON THAT NOTE, I HAD A CBR BUT SOLD IT. PLAN ON GETTING ANOTHER ONE WHEN I GRADUATE IN MAY. MAYBE A GSXR1000 OR 750.

Kayne, I highly suggest that you try to test ride a TL1000-R. The GSXR may take it on the track, but the torque it delivers is one hell of an awesome rush.

LAT

I'LL DEFINITELY WEIGH MY OPTIONS BEFORE I BUY ANOTHER ONE. I PLAN ON RIDING A LOT OF THEM BEFORE I BUY. THE TL1000 IS ON THE LIST.

I just bought a 2002 HD Electra Glide Classic. I love it, just been raining down here for the last 2 weeks, so I have not been able to ride that much.

got a Heritage right now.....it's for sale, looking to get a Road King Classic asap.......hopefully by next year...I'll be able to take enough time off to road trip up from here (Dallas) to Daytona Key West, and up to Viagra Falls.......stopping off in South Carolina to meet up with Big4Life, then Virginia Beach to a Bike Rally there....then up to NY and Viagra Falls.

Of course, I'm stopping in DC to hang out with Nature Boy, and hopefully he won't try to induce alcohol poisoning on me.

:D

NB, wait until you see the logo of the new riding club I'm putting together.....for bodybuilders, or fitness freaks like yourself.....You need to get a scooter, bro. :supercool

I have a silver and red 2002 honda f4i thats modified to it's full extent. It's a beautiful bike, fast as fuck and had almost killed me a few times.I'm ready to sell, any takers?

Tell my father that........

and kayne duh more car deaths per capita theres more CARS!

if you take accidents per driver for each group separate you see the bikers are at WAY more risk

Who cares, you can die in your sleep. Live life to the fullest.

I think M.OD or Fonz was building one from the ground up. I wonder what became of that?

2001 cbr f4i rd/blk, 39,000 miles lookin to sell and maybe buy a tiller or gixxer 750, sorry guys but in my opinion bikes beat out weights, love em' both but nothing amounts to the rush you get the first time your wheel lifts 3 feet off the ground exiting a tight corner in second at about 85 mph!!!!!!!!!!:D :D :D :p :p :p

I own a 2001 'Busa.
A '93 Monster 900.
An rsv 250 Aprilia.

I'll be looking into a grabbing something new, thought about getting a 748ss. Not sure I wanna get into another mess paying massive service fees for another ducati though.

LMAO!!!......THATS TRUE.

HOWEVER, I DONT THINK HE KNOWS WHAT THE TERM "PER CAPITA" MEANS SINCE HE SAID "DUH THERES MORE CARS".

Damn I'm surprised I actually got some decent replies on this one. That's cool now and again we got some people here to talk to about other topics aside from the latest "virtual" fiasco.

At any rate this is my 7th bike. I really wanted a big twin this time around. I couldn't justify a Ducati. There HOT bikes figuratively and literaly. So hot it'll melt the seat to your ass on a hot day. The exhaust under the tail section only "LOOKS" cool. Plus the numbers didn't add up. Performance to price there was no contest to the TLR and the RC51 beat the 996 hands down IMO.

I chose the RC simply because it just felt better to me. I considered the 2002 GSX-R1000 and the R1 but I had to find out what this twin thing was all about. I'm finding out I REALLY like the way she makes her power.

Laid my 2000 GSXR 600 down last year and got hella road rash. I haven't really ridden since but as soon as I scrape up a little more $$$ I will be purchasing the greatest all around crotch rocket ever built........GSXR 750.

We just bought a HD 2002 Electra Glide Classic. It's 1450cc Fuel Injected Motor. Runs great is the best cycle I have owned to date.

Motorbikes are usually at MORE risk cuz most of them buy them for the *speed*. And if you factor in living on the east coast, weather, fog, rain, etc. the chances increase even more.

But if you buy a nice Hog. Drive it in summer (or year round if you live in sunny areas), and drive it like a good cruising machine, you're chances are even less.

Most accidents with cycles happen cuz of those fucker big rigs. They never fully look at their blind spot and love to just overrun a cycle trying to pass them.

Fortunately most cyclists have learned how to quickly switch to the breakdown lane, or learn to speed up *fast*. Things they should always teach every cyclist.

Higher off the ground and head --- more chance people will see you, especially trucks.

I've been riding on the street since I was 17. I'm almost 29 and I've been down "ONCE". It was a minor accident totally my fault for piss poor maintainance. But I was 17 at the time and nobody could tell me shit. Live and learn. I'm still pretty much the same way and nothing has changed in the respect that I blame no one for my actions. I don't really know why I ride. The question has no relevance to me. I just know I do and that's enough for me.

My point is logic has no reference for the motorcycle riders its about somthing much more meaningful. Somthing unexplainable, yet pure, simple.

I truly believe SOME people don't appreciate life because they never take chances. What would safty be without danger?
