I'm a big fan of Nog. I will be watching to see how his team does and his training methods. He reps BJJ and Boxing which I love.

ah mate nogeira is awesome. great fighter. i love bjj, and that guy truly has the heart of a warrior. he gets so fucked up in fights, but carries on coming. who is the other coach?

Frank Mir. Another great bjj artist. He's not what he use to be but was the former champ in the UFC.

still a good fighter though. shows how far mma has come, how fighters have to be good at everything now. remember whn he fought tank? tank used to be the man, knocked pretty much everyone out. i know he was old when he fought mir, but mir has been through a lot of shit. still, iirc, tank lasted less than a minute agianst mir, due to a perfectly executed ankle lock.
tank probably hadnt ever even had someone try an anle lock on him before lol.

nogeira and mir should be a good fight. il say nogeira gets beat up (as usual) but pulls of an mid 3rd round tko.
