who's cutting in January?

I'm thinking of a cutting diet for 12 to 16 weeks.

Anybody else? If I start in January, then by April/May I'm good to go for le bikini.

I know this isn't the dieting board...just curious about you guys, when you start, etc.
 
im considering starting my contest diet a week or so into january,but if i dont get back into a gym(lost my membership when i quit working there) i wont be competeing at all
 
I am going to diet for ten weeks. I just want to see how good I can look. CANADIAN OAK, did you ever train at Bally's at Corbin

IN VEGAS FAT IS IN. ALSO CANADIAN OAK WHY DON'T YOU JUST JOIN A GYM. I KNOW YOU SPEND 35 DOLLARS A MONTH ON WEED AND JUNK FOOD. WHICH WOULD BE MORE BENEFICIAL?

i am gonna diet down for 12 weeks this year as always. but its too early to start 1. January. ..march-april i think i will start
 
nope ive always lived in canada

hamster i have to get another job first,its 17.11 every other week at the gym,when i worked there it was free but since i quit i have nowhere to workout and no money for a damn thing,besides i only juice i dont do other drugs

I diet down, but I'm not disciplined enough to record everything I eat. I have friends who compete, and they record everything they eat all year long.

I'll usually start mine around mid January.
 
it sys you take 4 tablespoons of flax strongchick?!?!?

is this an ok amount to take?
 
mb, she is probably a lot smaller than you :)

although I personally don't think I'd want to go that low even cycling calories, I might sometimes just b/c I eat so little unless I force myself.

as for 4 tablespoons flax - that is around what you want in a day - not sure about in one sitting

ahhh

i thought it was 1 tablespoon per 75lbs

cool....hopefully it will help me lose weight as opposed to stick it on if it eat that much

im, suprised at that much protein being in 1 can of tuna though

if you can get udo's choice, it is an oil blend and imo better than just flax.

and various cans of tuna for some reason have different amounts of protein if you read the labels - even though each claims to have the same amount of tuna...
some are as high as 40something per can, and some are as low as high 20s... (the samll ones are what I'm referring to)
 
I will be gaining great quantities of muscle while reducing my bodyfat to practically nothing, raising my IQ and improving my social skills and adding 2 inches to my penis in the next 10 weeks. Then I go to Spain.

ahh....ive never seen a 'big' can of tuna before but the small ones here usually say 24g protein per 100g tuna....either way 1 can of tuna is more than enough for me :sick:

i usually drink hemp oil....cheaper than udo's and a good blend of EFA's.....but i dont have any yet...the dude i buy from aint stocking so i might have to get flax :(
 
How do you people eat flax oil? Even when I put it in a protein shake, I have to stop halfway through cardio and sprint for a toilet.

the again ive never had 4 tablespoons :xeye:

not why i asked though. i was just wary that much oil might make someone put on wiehgt. ill have to experiment i guess :D
 
there is no need for adding flaxseed oil to your diet..you need approx 15% of your daily calories from fat..you get this from your protein foods.

I think the whiter the tuna, the higher the protein. Albacore has a much higher protein count than chunk white tuna. White tuna has more protein than "regular" tuna.

i thought the EFA's in the oil would boost your BMR and help you lose fat :confused: and do all the other things EFA's are good at (protein uptake, make you feel full etc)

white tuna eh? ill have to look out for it :)
 
I will be starting my next cycle on Jan. 1st if I don't drink too much on New Years Eve.

My goal is to bang some beauties (well-one trophy would do) at Spring Break in March. Need to get back to the shape I got into by Labor Day this year. Had to let my elbow joint heal for a month and lost plenty. :(

Spring Break occurs in 1/2 dozen locations. This year I have made reservations for the biggest one...Panama City.

Unless the White House makes good on their agents year old pledge to employ my services. Then I would get serious. But never count on a pledge from political sources I suspect.
 
so how long u planning to stay at this spring break thingy....the whole holiday?

Seems like London is usually foggy. I wouldn't like that but the large breasted women would over compensate.

I used to dream of moving to a locale where the women wear almost nothing. These vacations every couple months to the "bikini zones" are budget busters. :(

I fixed the stats on my fitday.com link. The tuna was their standard, which is not what my can says.

Also, its 3 TBSp. of flax, not 4. oops. One with three meals.

I don't eat this amount of fat consistently, but lately, I've been dry and brittle all over.

your skin was dry and brittle?

flax blocks absorbtion of omega 6 fats (as sooo much omega 3 and no omega 6).....this makes your skin all dry and stuff. try hemp oil....it tastes nicer too :)

or udo's choice, thats where i read the stuff about flax

still thats a whole lot of flax. anyhow whats your daily protein intake? just wondered....

Damn, I feel so misinformed. I thought flax was good, and fish oil better (fish oil doesn't do me well).

sigh.


If I drink one more protein drink, it is up to 158 grams, which is good for me. I usually get about 140 grams or so, which isn't quite enough (I'm supposed to get 1 gram/pound of body weight, right?)

I suppose on my next trip for protein I'll check out the hemp oil.

fish oil is a good source of omega 3 and 6, it just makes u stink of fish and theres also the dosage aspect too..(i.e. how much of a fish's liver is healthy considering that where the toxins go, and theres a lot of toxin in the sea)

flax is cool. just that aspect. and shagwell posted some hit on cancer risk a while back. cant remeber what exactly (edited to say i vaguely remeber something on breast cancer and how flax is generally not good for a woman but i might be wrong) ....but it does good things as well (insulin sensitivity increases etc)

its 1g per pound body weight yeah. make sure you get good calcium too if u eat lots of meat
