... Slept 12 hours this night... Going on vacation on the 4th of August... Going to Barcelona on the 3rd of Septembre... Started training differently in the last days... i train whatever i feel like training in that day with only some few things on mind: don´t train the same bodypart more that once in 4 days, and less than once in 8 days... do 6 sets minimum per big muscle and 3 min per smaller muscle... Big movements like squat, deadlift, bench, chinups, rows and dips have priority... etc... etc...
