For those who have read my posts you know that I'm making a comeback from gyno surgery. My max on the bench in the past 8 months had dropped from 405 down to a low of about 200 (3 weeks post surgery). Two months after the operation I was still struggling to bench 225 for 4 reps. I started a light cycle to give me a boost 12 days ago. Now not only is the juice kicking in but muscle memory is working at the same time now. My reps with 225 on the bench have gone from 4 to 10 reps in 12 days and my arms have grown .75". You can imagine the rumors. Any way I'm still a long way from my best but at this rate I'll be back there soon!
