whole wheat pasta okay?

Is whole wheat pasta wiht say margarine a fairly clean carb source. im getting a little sick of brown rice,oats, and yams all day?

If not, I don't see why not.........also try spaghetti squash as a pasta replacement....it's very tasty!!

I'm having one hell of a time FINDING 100% Whole Wheat ANYTHING anymore.

I have to make a special trip to the health food store, and IF I'm lucky, they may have it.

What stores are you people finding it at? I live in a big city and my grocery does not carry it. It may say whole wheat on the package but it's NOT! Sugar, white glutton, etc etc. It's pissin me off too.
