I just measured mine cold, 17 inches... another milemarker..I'm getting pretty close to 220 now at 6' tall.... My thighs are 28.5 pumped, is that symmetrical? It looks right to me, calves are 16.75 so they are lagging a tiny bit...

There is this mexican 16-17 year old punk at my gym, one of those miserable generic skinny types with that wannabe gangster aura that keeps staring at me it seems...I dont pay alot of attention to anyone in my gym but it seems everytime I look in this guys direction he's trying to stare me in the eye...fucking annoying.

Upper-mid thigh...kind of hard to explain, but no not around the teardrop area, a little above... Madbomber its not that I'm being a jerk or what not, I should have said this kid is GLARING at me in a challenging or negative way... I am not one to start shit with anyone and I doubt I'll even say anything to this kid, but I find it annoying and pathetic when some suburban-poser clone has to act like an asshole for no reason.

Next milestone for me is after maintaining my gains when my cycle ends next month, to cut up a bit, then around Christmas/January I think I'll hit a cycle of test at 500mg/EQ at maybe like 7-800mg and oxandrolone..
 
Funny thing also, I'm eating so much now that my stomach is constantly stretched out... at it's emptiest my waist is 32 inches, I figure it will drop down to about 31 after I cut up a bit, or maybe even 30 once I start doing vacuums again. I'm eating 4 whole meals per day, 1 honey/whey shake of 1000 calories, and I just went from a half gallon to a whole gallon of whole milk per day as my second to last meal, last meal is a tub of cottage cheese, whey and flax oil or peanut butter.

I am literally so full that about every other night I wake up and half to take a shit and then go back to bed lol.
 
congrats mofo....mine went from 16.5 to 17.5 but then again throwing 3ccs in your bis twice a week helps :D

Well I'd put my bodyfat at 10% now but it's hard to tell because of water retention. Anyway it's all symmetrical, I'll take some pics right before I finish my cycle...I'm sure a good 5-6 lbs of the weight is food.

i think you should beat that mexican kid, or just intimidate him and make him leave the gym. if you wear a ski mask you might be able to hurt him pretty bad, just dont get caught. i would love to hear about some guy with seventeen inch pipes beat up a mexican kid, it would make my day.

Mine are 17 cold right now, not on anything, but will be soon and then I plan on adding a good deal of size to em, man if I achieve 19' Ill be ecstatic

That's me baby lol..... HI... slin, most likely not, I dont understand why you are using it either... people often get too caught up in the drug side of things when they go this route..you dont need slin man...maybe if you're a competitor who has maxed out his gains on gear than maybe, shit man even Shawn Ray won't touch insulin... Not saying it doesnt have it's place but what the hell do you need to use it for? You've only done one cycle man for christ's sake...people who get into this so fast end up burnt out man... hey my cycle is less than a gram per week, test only, less than my last cycle.
 
while I understand your point frack, I ask why not use slin? It can be done safely, with a strict handbook, and will add weight and strength very successfully. Humalog has a half life of 2 hours which means your in and out of the danger zone quickly. I have used ALA at over 3 grams so I know what its like to become hypoglymic.

Useing slin will actually allow you to use less riods while makeing unreal gains. As with any drug you must cycle it, three weeks at a time. But it does not shut you down, which is another benifit.I think people are quick to say you can't do this and you can't do that.

Hey HI you can't do tren its to harsh...well I have been on for three months and so far I have been fine, through controlled use and correct safty measures of course.

I don't plan to be a lifer as far as riods, I want one maybe two years to complete my goals and maybe compete, then I am done and will maintain.

they key to life in experience but it is also knowledge and education, slin, dnp they are heavier risk drugs but in moderation with proper use they are imop safe.

Leg Day Clearinghouse- On leg press day, take an old pair of under wear(clean or dirty), take a brown magic marker and make a series of fake skid marks in the crotch. Next, take a pair of shorts that are way to small for you and put them on over the underwear. When Mark the Mexican is on the leg press grunting out his 10 pound iron pies, just simply ask if you can warm up. One set for him to see the skid marks hanging out your ass will ensure the leg press machine is all yours. Also effective on leg curls.

The Ventriliquist- When Mark the Mexican is hogging the dumbells and being a general nusiance. Sit beside him on a flat bench and while he is curling those monster dumbbells, make a string of grunting noises on the positive movement. Everyone in the gym will be watching him while you sit back and laugh.

HI you make some very valid points but I just think that it's just probably not the route I'd go at this time... 3 week cycles sound reasonable...you have researched it more than me, I'd just be careful, and if you use ALA be VERY careful, especialy the R-type, I just got some yesterday and have made myself mildly hypo on it twice already at only 400mg.

17" is a decent arm, but you guys are acting like he is sporting 19's. Frackal, i had to take over a month and a half off due to illness and my arms are still over 17". And that was after losing 15 pounds. I should be back to 18 soon :D
 
Trust me I am lean enough for it to be a valid measurement... I'd say with the water retention (stopped taking l-dex as an experiment) I am looking like 10%bf....probably 9.5 without it because before I stopped using the dex I could see all abs in the morning...I'm going to start it back up though.

OK MY QUESTION IS YOUR A TALL GUY AND YOU WEIGH A GOOD SOLID AMOUNT FOR YOUR HIEGHT. SO THE QUESTION IF IT CAME OUT AS A PUTDOWN MY APOLOGIZES, I THOUGHT THAT THE REST OF YOUR BODY WOULD BE UNPERPORTIONED WITH YOUR ARMS CAUSE OF YOUR SIZE. WAS NOT A PUT DOWN THOUGH SORRY IF IT CAME OUT THAT WAY. SO MY QUESTION IS ARE YOU PROPORTIONED?
 
From what I have seen of Frack he is very proportioned. The thing is, the taller you are, usually means that you have longer bellies in your biceps. This makes getting the peak and gaining much mass a difficult task.

I am shorter 5'9-10 but I have really long arms. It took me forever to get to 17.

Who knows, just my opinion, but from what I have seen Frack looks solid.
 
THAT TOTALLY ANSWERS MY QUESTION I DON'T THINK OF IT IN THAT WAY BECAUSE I'M ONLY 5'6 BUT IT MAKES TOTAL SENSE THOUGH AND THE LONGER THE MUSCLE IT WOULD BE PROPORTIONED TO THE HIEGHT OF THE BODY
