Stay in an old inn in the middle through all of the winter when you can't go anywhere, ala' The Shining ideal?

Ok, lets see, internet access, a decently equiped gym, heated indoor swimming pool. Huge surplus of food, well... You could certainly transform your body in three months magnificently.

But, no way to leave, nobody else to talk to, that sounds hard.

Frankly, the lack of social interaction would be annoying, but it wouldn't scare me enough to turn it down.

I mean really, for alot of people (no, not me) internet is almost the ONLY form of socializing they get!

I think it would be possible to come out of that winter completely transformed by training.
