Who works in a gym or use to work?

Hi I am setting up a gym management system for a small gym that I manage in the Caribbean I want to know who ever had experience in working in a gym could tell me what program did you use to create bar coded cards with picture taken.The program that I have do not incorporate in creating barcoded cards.What program do you use in creating ID Cards. And how you approach customers when their membership is expired and thay still want to walk through the door and work out Iam tired of asking people to pay up their gym FEES,,,,,FU%%%%%%%....thank you

I used to work in a gym in London Eng. I was the head gym instructor. I never had any dealings on the management side of things however. But I would be interested in working in the Caribbean in a gym environment.......
