Who will take the Gold in the 100? I've listed those 5 expected to have a shot. My money's on Mo Greene. I like Powell though, he is the only one over 6ft and might catch up at the end of the race ala Carl Lewis.

yes Charlie was the one who fine tuned his whole technique which allowed him to best use his explosive power.
I read a great article years back on the starts and he was able to get to top speed so much faster then all the others.
Montgomery and Jones worked with Charlie last year and caught shit for it, I still believe he is the best out there for coaches.

Holland hasn't had any remarkable track and field athletes since like, Fannie Blankers Coenen and all the footage of her running is in black and white...

short hair
no breasts whatsoever
masculine jawline
sub 10% BF
any of those ruin it for me

The body type you described fit the typical Communist era Iron Curtain sprinter (East Germans, USSR, etc).
It seems the western women always had better bodies, and were slower.
In this post-Communist world, the best looking sprinters I've seen are from Germany.

hm. paysite, and kind of small.
german athletic women are kind of hot. they also have a german tag thing about them. I can always tell in a split second a female athlete is german and I dont know why. something about the shape of the nose and face or somethin
