I've never mocked your training methods orb, only the clothes you wear. The best insult you have for me is "tiny." your self worth revovles around how big your bicep is, rather shallow if you ask me. You've got me beat by 30 lbs, so I guess I am tiny compared to you. Considering your year round use, you should be quite a bit bigger than me, a natty. Alas, in a few years, when your body cannot take the abuse, I will surpass you, wait and see orb.

Ummm.... StrongSmartSexy and a lot of orbs I know have juiced year round for a lot long that I've trained and do not seem to have burned out. You seem to be under the impression that I use massive doses, such as a gram of test a week. Right now I'm on 200 mg of eq every week and 30 mg of tren eod.

You should add some upper chest routine. Looking kinda flat. you CHO / H2O depleted?

No, my upper chest looks flat most of the time since I carry a lot of body fat there. It could be that my body is very sensitive to estragen. I bloat on 300 mg of test with letro or adex, which is why I don't bother with test any more. It seems to look harder if I eat a ton of carbs, but only taking in about 250-300 grams of carbs a day, which is not nearly enough to fill me out. Preconest I find 1000-1100 grams of a carbs a day for 3 days will fill out my glycogen stores and harden me up, but if I fall short of that my chest always seems a little soft.

you are still eating carbs? when are you going back to CKD?

You sure that you wear them for YOU to watch them contract and be able to see them flexed or did you want the others to look at your ass?

I personally think that the shorts are very short by my standard.
That's almost like my fucking boxer shorts.

Yes, I'm positive. I have worn the same thing when I stayed with my sister on the holidays and worked out with her in the gym no one else used in her building at the time. So only she saw me in them, and I have no attraction towards my sister, nor do I really want her looking at my ass.

In any event, the shorts are not obscene, and show a lot less than many bathing suits. Many of the women at my gym wear much skimpier outfits, and not just the one's who do it for attention. Some of the trainers and hardcore women wear next to nothign at the gym.

This mentality is a silly double standard, based on the old tradition that men should not care what their bodies look like. I'm a bodybuilder not some fat out of shape slob. If I wish to wear short shorts to the gym, I've earned the right many times inside the squat rack.

Alright- ok bro. You've earned the right to look at your ass protruding out when doing squats.

Happy?
