TNG rules. I'm in the process of downloading episodes since I never did get to see the series while it was still on TV. Seen every episode now up until the middle of Season 4.
Saw the first episode of DS9 and wasn't too thrilled about it. My friend told me that it sucked until Worf showed up, so I might start downloading some DS9 as well. I must admit, though, it's much harder to find than TNG.

the only captain of the Enterprise in my eyes is Captain James Tiberius Kirk. All others pale in overacting ability, kicking ass, and getting laid. That's it.

Kirk was pretty cool but I found his crew to be rather boring in the time I saw the original series. I just like Picard better.

Enterprise is good, tho. I can see it being just as good as TNG in a couple of years (remember TNG was kinda shitty up 'til the middle of season 2).

Piccard grew on me. At first I couldn't handle a bald skinny man being captain of the enterprise. But he's okay in my book.
However the reason why the 1st series was so good is because it was so bad. The horrible acting job done by Bill Shattner is unrivaled. I love that shit.

lol... I saw Voyager for months until I finally lost all hope. Even the last episode sucked. Isn't it funny how Harry Kim stayed an Engisn forever? Christ... even Wesley-fucking-Crusher got promoted to Engisn before even joining Star Fleet Academy... and this guy couldn't even get promoted 70,000 light years from home??? amazing. Oh yeah... and that thing they did when the entire ship and crew were just clones and the entire ship disintigrated was really STUPID. Completely killed whatever significance 500000 or so episodes had.
And 7of9's humanity? Hello... can we say a blatant ripoff of Data? bah... Voyager sucked.
Not going to bother with the DVDs, though. Too much to pay for episodes I already have. =)

I can still remember all of the funny shit I saw on TNG so far. You can really find some humor in there.
Picard to Riker after a near-death experience: "Are you alright? Do you know who you are?"

Did anyone notice the Captains of Star Trek got progressively more politically correct as time went on? First we have a womanizing Kirk, then we have Picard, then Sisko, a black man, then a female lesbian (was she a lesbian?)

Star trek kicks ass. DS9 was very good. The last 2 seasons were excellent.
The only thing Voyager had going for it was Belonna(sp) and 7of9. They were hot ass space hoes.

What made the last2-3 seasons of DS9 great was all the wars. The Klingons fought the Cardasians, the Klingons fought the federation, the Federation fought the dominion, The Romulans teamed up with the Dominion to fight the Federation, etc.
