How can we make this board better?

I've given that some amount of thought and haven't really come up with a solid conclusion yet. The board you mentioned doesn't really fit. I can cull information off of the other boards about diet, training, supplementation and AAS use, but since it's so widely demographed it's not clear how to break that up based on the issues older bodies face.

As we age, how our body reacts to training and diet regimines changes. Andropause is just one of the things we might encounter as we age, which is an addional issue to deal with.

I will keep thinking about it though. It won't serve anyone very well to just have another board if it can't generate enough participation.

I am educated, articulate and knowledgeable about a lot of topics, however with new promotion time on internet is limited. Too bad bros. I know you wanted me to have a board. I would have wanted the Bogus Supplement board

everyone has good suggestions IMO but at another forum i have participated in some time ago had a section for do it yourself help and problems...now im not talking about hey how do i finish my basement, but things like minor computer problems to automotive problems to I have a blood stain on my carpet,how do i clean it.
it was truly a place where people could benefit from others knowledge. for Instance if i had mustang and had a problem that couldnt be found by my mechanic but fred in Calif had the same problem and had a suggestion that could help then great.
but herein lies the problem....a majority of the people only go there when they need help and not to help others therefore it requires a group of people devoted to checking in and offfering assistance inorder for this to thrive.

plats board is already dead. The only good thread was from Zero..and that got zapped.goddam mods around here.

well why are the plat boards dead? you would like to think alot of peeps go plat to suppourt the board . but most are for the features and options available i.e. bigger avatar, search feature and pictures the toys. it may be difficult to get them in a special area because of the superiority feeling that might be had while dealing with the non-plat members. i dunno just a guess. will a new board bring them all in.... i wonder about it. most need to have more bells and whistles maybe even a paltinum member tag under their names and gold writing ooohhhh i'd be in line....wait im already here. but thats not what were after here. we need to try to get participation. <scratching head, eyes are getting heavy>
