Who uses Finasteride with test?

Who uses Finasteride while on test? What is the primary reason, prostate protection or hair? My hair is already f***ed , but at 38 yo I am thinking of adding for prostate health.

I am taking test and finasteride now. Mpb prob. I started shedding a bit 2nd week. I started at .25 ml then .5. Neither is showing improvemant. I guess I will have to deal.

I just started using finisteride for shedding.
i was using test e 250/wk 1-16

i am currently in PCT with
nolva 20mg ed
clomid 50mg ed

It seems i am shedding more now than while i was "on"
Its been 30 days since my last test shot and has been really bad (today)

Oh does anyone know if using finisteride will mess with my PCT at all?

finasteride makes you shed on its own....you have to take it a time before adding the test.....

WTF? It's supposed to keep you from losing hair by suppressing or blocking DHT. How the hell is that gonna make you lose hair on it's own. I'm baffled by this shitty response. You should have least explained it.

I always dumps proscar during pct because there's not enough androgens in my body to hurt my hair. That's the theory at least. Plus I would think that, by reducing dht, proscar would inhibit recovery.

Thanks for the info bro, I think im gonna just stop the finesteride- i dont want this PCT to go on any longer than it has to. Its totally depressing me (side effects of clomid/nolva) = =

YEAH! JUMP HIS SHITTY RESPONDING ASS!!!!

Um, yeah... Shedding is pretty common for people starting finasteride or dutasteride. I think the deal is the DHT and related build up in the scalp, though causing hair loss, is actually acting kind of like a shim keeping "dead" hair in place.

* Finasteride is highly active in the prostate tissue, less so in the skin and scalp - dutasteride is more active in the scalp/skin.

* Both will significantly lower overall dht everywhere in your body.

just talking to one of my coworkers today(surgeon). He started finasteride when it first was released in late 90's. Whe got into the conversation because a infomercial for Bosley came on the tv in the break room. I asked him how long until he noticed an effect..he said he really did not regrow any hair, he said it slowed down the shedding a little. i looked at his ID badge from around 2001 and compared how it was now,,he said he lost a little, but it was hard to tell. He also said he would never get a hair transplant..lol...i was about to ask him for a prescription for propecia.
