Who Uses A Swiss Ball On There Workouts At The Gym?

THEY SAY IT IS 30% MORE EFFECTIVE WITH IT THAN REGULAR EXERCISE. DOES IT REALLY INCREASE YOUR PERFORMANCE ON YOUR WORK OUTS?
 
Try it and see! I've heard AMAZING things about working out with swiss balls. The theory behind it is that you have to rely on your stabilizers to even hold the weights let alone rep with them. Try doing pushups with your hands balanced on the ball and your feet on the floor. I've tried it before and keep falling off. If you can master it, imagine the control you can develop on your lifts!!!
 
i'm in therapy w/trainer for my shoulder and i have to do those push ups and sit ups on the swiss ball. the push ups are hard as hell at first, but i love em now. and crunches on it(never had anything work this well) havent tried it w/db's yet.
 
I have used it for abs and I think it does work great, cause it does work stabilizers and balance.
 
I use it to do dumbell chest flys. My chest is sore for days after that! Try using it, it works great. I have also seen many people do dumbell presses on them to.
