I am one of those that don't listen...It has recently been brought to my attention that I do this...by another woman here at the office. lol I will agree with people and everything and now that I know I do that I try to do better. It is like I get bored and zone out...so I can so see how guys do that. On the other hand when in the mood, I have been known to talk a few ears off.

I am usually upfront about not paying attention to what he is saying while he's saying it or Ill stop him while he's talking and just say YOU KNOW, IM SORRY BUT IM REALLY NOT LISTENING AT ALL. Sometimes he'll just keep right on talking, and sometimes he'll stop and we plan to carry on the convo at a later time when I can direct my attention to it or when I care to talk about it.

It all depends on the conversation. I have seen some men that just dont know enough to shut up if they are on a topic that they enjoy, same for women.
