Personally, I think powerlifters have ugly builds. Not all, but the standard powerlifter build seems to be a barrel chest and waist, wide ass, stubby arms and legs. Though, I have known some that can flash a 6 pack of abs at will. Some really do look awesome in muscle development.

Stick with lean protein and grow big, not fat.

hey I finally ate at this joint on sunday returing from vegas to LA. They pretty much have the smallest menu I've ever seen. But the double double is good, I ate two of em. diet out the window.
