who keeps locking threads?

seriously reminds me of serial killers i've heard about who did it just to get the powerful feeling of being in control.

how about some good reasons to lock threads and not just that you're a mod exercising power?

i don't mean to start anything controversial, but also, i rarely complain. as it turns out, you're pleasing no one but yourselves, so incidentally that might be good reason to re consider changing your ways...whoever you may be. STOP.

What do you mean who is locking threads? It's a board with moderators. So it would be MODERATORS who are locking threads. Also ADMINISTRATORS can lock threads too. So you have to factor that in as well.
