Not a training journal, but a life journal. I just started and it really helps me think about what I want out of life, and how hard I want to work to reach my goals. I thik a lot of people do not have specific goals, they just go along for the ride.
I did once but it was very inconvenient to keep since it was on paper. I type much faster than I write, and I found myself only writing in the journal when I was upset. So, one day when I was upset, I tore it in half and threw it away.
I have a journal where I write my thoughts down. It's not a day to day journal, just a place to write when the world confuses me, or about the things and people that bring me happiness. It is a great way to clear your head.
