Who is sore after working out

After you work out, One side of chest is more sore then the other.
I can't feel anything unless I lightly push on the area.That is the only way I can even tell.Is one side just worked more or is it injured?
 
You may be unbalanced while working your chest. In other words you are using one side more then the other-this happens to me on my right side because I am right handed. I just try to concentrate more to balance out my left side
