Who is right and who is wrong?

Ok I did a search on creatine and read a lot of different posts about it. What I found was a large difference in opinion when it comes to bloating.

What I want to know is:
Will creatine cause excessive bloating and cause someone to lose cuts?

I was just measured at 190 lbs and 8% body fat yesterday. I am towards the end of a cutting diet and I am about to start bulking cleanly. I am thinking about using creatine. I want to keep my BF% close to where it is while bulking. I also dont want to look like the girl from Charlie and the Chocalate Factory either. Tell me what you guys think.

Please help me out here!

I don't really bloat much with creatine. I used micronized creatine before and used it pre-workout with little to no bloat. I actually made me look better. Right now, I am using TRAC (Time Release Arginine Creatine) and I don't get bloated.

When I used GNC brand creatine, I bloated more. It may have been because I used way too much. This was in my newbie days long ago.

I'm using 4g of creatine pre-workout with 5g of arginine. No bloat, and it is effective.

With the GNC stuff, I used about 10g per day without reference to workout time.:alien:

oh, and I am 170, almost as lean as I want to be --- probably 6-7% now.
