Who is right and who is wrong?

Ok I did a search on creatine and read a lot of different posts about it. What I found was a large difference in opinion when it comes to bloating.

What I want to know is:
Will creatine cause excessive bloating and cause someone to lose cuts?

I was just measured at 190 lbs and 8% body fat yesterday. I am towards the end of a cutting diet and I am about to start bulking cleanly. I am thinking about using creatine. I want to keep my BF% close to where it is while bulking. I also dont want to look like the girl from Charlie and the Chocalate Factory either. Tell me what you guys think.

Please help me out here!

Thanks in advance......

Most of the water bloat from creatine is due to the sugars in the product.

If you get pure creatine it should only make the muscles hold water and look fuller - giving you a more cut look over all.

It should only hydrate the muscle - but you will just have to try and see how it works for you.

Everyone is different. Genarr says it bloats him. So I guess just give it a try.

I actually used creatine (and Vanadyl) to get cut up. I got down to somewhere in the 6% range of BF. I had an awesome 6 pack and great vascularity with veins popping out everywhere. I don't bloat from creatine. It actually makes my muscles fuller/harder looking. The only downfall, as someone mentioned, is the sugar/glyclose you need to consume with it. The added benefit is the tons of water you need to drink w/it.
