71 here and have been training and trying to eat right since I was 12.
Aging is real and it is starting to catch up with me now.
HOWEVER, I am constantly finding and correcting any damage, and adapting my workouts and foods accordingly.
At this time I am having my second hip joint replaced and some basal cell skin repair.
By the end of the year, I'll be pushing and pulling full blast again.
And for the last 20 years, I have been into cycles and HRT. HGH, testo and A-dex.
Life is good!!
