Who honestly plans periodisation into their training schedule? We all know we should, but to be honest, mine training usually consists of balls to the ball training then a week off every 3 or 4 months followed by 1 or 2 weeks of working back up the weight.
Those that do, what does it look like, and can you tell how has it helped?
