Who here works 40 hours per week?

25-30 a week job, plus full-time college student, plus build web sites at home... Workout 3-4 times a week with 1-1.5 hours "sessions." Plus spend a lot of time with my lady...
I have no f..ng clue how I manage to do it all.

heres a shitty schedual..I'm getting ready for a bb show right now..so 5:00 am up for an hour of cardio..make breakfast, work at 8:00-5:00 back at the gym by 6:00pm for weights and 30-60 minutes of cardio, home cook all fucking night for the next 2 days in bed by 10:00 and start all over again, oh plus tanning and posing in there somewhere..weekends same training session and maybe some time with my lady...4 weeks left...

I don't know how you guys that compete do it. That's a lot of work for a sport that doesn't pay much back accept for the self satisfaction that you pushed yourself to a high level and did well. Good luck with your contest. With that schedule you deserve to win!

Some of you guys are nuts. AMP you lucky bastard........ what do you do?

I work for myself but it's easy to get distracted when you don't have a boss. I have this damn computer in front of me, that's the worst one. If I could just throw this out the window I would probably get alot more work done.

very true...it's been 10 years since my last show and thats why..I put 100% into it so you have to be prepared to sacrifice..regardless of the outcome, which I'm very optimistic, I think this may be my last, live has to many other priorities..

I work 50+ hours/week - sometimes traveling (I'm a consultant) and workout 5-6 days per week. Hardest part is getting enough sleep - that's what weekends are for. I admit, sometimes I feel like I don't have a life. You just need to find a girlfriend (or boyfriend, in my case) who works out too - it's a good way to get together time. Probably easier for me to find a boyfriend who lifts than it is for you to find a girlfriend who lifts though. :-)
