Who here works 40 hours per week?

working between,45 -60 hours a week. i manage to make it to the gym 4 days a week. and for the lady, i just wake her up when i get in, and tap that ass. we've been together awhile, we both work at opposite times, so we do what we have to do.

i seriously work 40 plus hrs a wk then i train for UFC 3times a wk then i hit the gym 3-4 times awk...and my girl wonders why i never wanna go out all i wanna do is sleep

You guys have it easy, I travel 3 days a week out of town and work in town two days a week. I cover 13 states and over 100 stores and I still manage to get to the gym 4 days a week no matter what. Also when I'm out of town my days starts at 3am to catch a flight and then my days does not end till 7pm that night and I will still find a gym or at least I always bring some sort of rubber bands to work out in the room. And by the way I compete in powerlifting and I'm ranked in the top 100 for the deadlift so if I can maintain a job like this and still train to compete and I also maintain having a girlfriend just about anyone can do it. Peace!

Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Train 2on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off, etc, etc

Sometimes train 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, etc

Have you been in the UFC before? I Live and breath Submission Wrestling and Im a HUGE Fan of NHB! Its by far hardest sport in the world IMO.

I work anywhere from 40-50 hours a week have 3 Kids all in activities and Lift 5 days a week at my home gym and help train people in submission wrestling 2 days a week. I get about 4-6 hours sleep a day. Sunday I catch up when I lay on the couch all day and watch football.

I work 40 hrs/week and I keep up the workouts. It's all about getting into a routine that you follow no matter what.

I would say eating right is harder than making sure I work out. It requires much more planning and work.

What kills me is disruptions to my routine.
Like when I am in class instead of doing my normal job. That kills me.

Also I am in the process of buying a house that is stressing me out.

But overall it is not hard.

Oh yeah I have no gf but I honestly think having a gf would be great for me rather than a drain on my time. Otherwise she would not be worth having.
