YUP, usually once a week.

I do some during the spring time. Then I'm outside a lot with my shirt off during the summer.

I often go into Home Depot shirtless and hang out at the light aisle for my tan.

I have been the last 2 weeks....I leave for my cruise on Sunday. I look like OJ Simpson right....minus the murderous look.

They have them at the gym where I train, so we get to use them for free. The dude who owns the gym has two beds and one has 15 minute bulbs and the other has 10 minute bulbs. One of the 15 minute bulbs burnt out so he replaced it with a 10 minute bulb. The first time I ever got in it, I had a line down my body where the 10 minute bulb was and it burned peeled in a line down my body. I thought it was pretty focked up.

I hop in 'em once a week at my gym in the winter months to keep my summer tan.

I spend a lot of time in the sun in the summer months cuz I sail. (No matter how high the SPF is...I still tan!)
