who here is dieting?

I just got done eating chicken alfredo (home-made)... I think I'll wash it down with some "Ben and Jerry's" Half-Baked ice cream.... and a couple more beers :chomp:

the Bk that is closest to me sucks but in general yeah BK has decent shakes :)

no need for anger jens... i have seen your pictures and thought to myself man... if she only had love handles she would be the perfect specimen of womanhood. i like love handles... something to hold on to.

My cravings have not been as strong as I expected them to be.....but then it's only day 3. :)
 
those food items do not appeal to me.

thankfully right now sweets dont appeal to me either (in the past they have)
 
i'm supposed be but fuck it. tomorrow, i could get into a car accident and be knocking on death's door thinking to myself, "damn, i should have ate that chocolate cake."

c-ditty told me you were doing dman good and were bigger than he expected. So you must be retaining size as well.

Maxed at 1gram per day of DNP.
ECA as needed.
Merida I was using at 15mgs a day.

Merdia kills hunger.
 
ive been dieting down for 3 months now. it ended today. Gone from 226 to 212.
Im pleased, but i could have done better. but i ripped up an old elbow injury. so i have to stop and have it heal.
