Who here has had plastic surgery?

The last two cycles ive done have created a double chin. It is annoying me and I am considering having lipo however I would like to have advice from people that have had either had this or other plastic surgery. Thanks. MODS please dont move. I have posted this in the surgery forum and only got insincere responses....Thanks alot.

The lady who cuts my hair had lipo on her double chin.....surgery went fine & she looks great.....

I would do it for me not for anyone else not ever it is something that I want for my body has nothing to do with society or anything like that.

why the heck would you want to insert these bags, foreign to the body, inside your chest though?

I mean why do you care to look that way? whats wrong with not having big breasts? I mean its not like you look like a 12 year old boy or nothing, lol. Women look good with small breasts too, its the natural way. its not like you have a body disorder or anything.

and also, i bet that if society didnt think big breasts were cool that there would be MUCH LESS women out there getting implants. I honestly cant say if you are one of those women, but I just thought I'd throw it out there.

I would like the through the fact that you maybe a hyper critical twit out there :)

I had big breast before I started body buidling but didn't like the rest of my body. I lost my breast as I lost fat fact of life. I like having large breast I don't want to get get fat so I have to buy them end of story. It is for me only me not anyone else buying boobs is like buying a real expensive accessory that you have for life.

I know that you had bigger boobs before you lose the weight, and i saw the pics in your gallery ;)

I guess if you think those fake things are worth it then whatever. But from what I hear they feel nothing like the real thing and in many cases dont look anything like the real thing.

I know I would definately think twice before letting someone implant something in my body, especially if it was just to look better.

Not to crack on you to hard dude but have you ever even scene a real boob up close and touched it and stuff?

It is more than looking better. It is also about how you feel about yourself, and in my case, having my breasts back just balances out my physique again.

Try this one on, suppose you had a tiny tiny willy and you didn't feel all that great about yourself, however you could have an implant that did look and feel real. Would you do it?

My implants are liquid silicon gel, over the muscle, and most people don't realise that my breasts are 'fake', they do look real, and feel real from what I have been told :qt:

I do think most people think of that over-sized blown up breast look of Pammie when they think breast implants. It is possible to have them look natural

i havent no. im just going by what i hear though. and it makes sense, seeing as what fake tits are made of and stuff.

and ive definately seen what fake tits look like. (on the internet)

and of course theres always the health risk that something could go wrong down the world if you get implants.

The thing is, I just dont see why fake breasts should have any impact on self esteem. I would also think that your body would know how to balance itself naturally.

The example with the small willy isnt quite as good, because its not like your breasts are the tool you need to have sex with. and i wouldnt let any surgeon near my willy unless there was something very wrong with it.

I know that breasts dont have to be overdone, but even so, there is nothing more natural then just leaving them as is.

PS: thanks for the pics! :) and yes you definately can put up your breasts on this site, no one will object! just make sure ppl know its 'nsfw' (not safe for work).

PSS: I just saw the pics with your breasts. and i must say they look pretty good. although i dont understand why women take these kinds of risks, i must say you look good!

There is some bad boob jobs yes I have scene it but not all turn out that way. As for your argument about natural balance no offence but it is stupid. I tried on the implants in sports bra and did it ever bring back my curvy lines that I had lost my dam waist looked so tiny.

What impacts your self esteem? If there was someway to help boast it your telling me you wouldn't do it? IMO that is bull shit we all want to be our best no matter how vain it seems sometimes.

Breast tissue undergoes apoptosis (programmed cell death) if it is not used and with aging, so no, your body does not balance itself naturally, unless you put on LOADS of fat, which is not something I intended on doing.

There is a risk to everything in life, and the whole risk with breast implants was seriously blown out of proportion in the US. Why do you guys take the risk with steroids? Just to look good?

What i meant about balance was that your body has chosen to have smaller boobs while you weigh less. if your body's natural reaction is to lose fat from your boobs is that really so bad?

A lot of things impact my self esteem, my social life or lack thereof, how successful i am, what kind of shape im in, whether or not i make use of my time and life wisely. dont get me wrong, i think self improvement is a good thing as well, but by what means and for what goal?

But... its unnecessary, risky, and provides no health benefits, only health risks. Health should always come before beauty.

And what do you do every 10 years when they need to be replaced? keep getting more boob jobs? Will your body be able to handle that? Without scaring up? And lets not forget the few times that boob jobs go bad and there is damage leftover. Do you want to be one of those statistics?

Sorry to sound harsh, but im just afraid that our society is going to turn into one where fake tits become increasingly common. And im not so sure that is good thing either.
What next? Men getting shin implants to all become taller? Masses of people getting plastic surgery on their face to look like some desirable actress or to make it look like they havent aged? I think sometimes there is too much emphasis placed on beauty and being perfect.

The point I'm trying to make is that even if the risk is small, there is a risk. also i dont like the way society is moving with the whole plastic surgery self improvement and the overemphasis on beauty.

and btw, i dont agree with steroids either, but i stay shut up about that, because i dont think i could handle all the flaming from nearly every guy on this forum, lol.

You take a risk stepping outside and crossing the street. So why not just stay inside all day on the net right?

I can tell you have never researched a boob job for yourself I have. The risks are there yes but the benifit is high how can you say that a great self esteem is not an overall benefit to ones life. Great confidance in oneseelf spillls over into all aspects of the inside. Ask any good plastic surgeon they maybe fixing the outside on a person but they are healing the inside. The implants I been look at getting a silicon gel the manufacture has a lifetime gaurentee on them so no they wont be need to be replaced every 10 years. Really to be honest my whole problem with your agruement is you are being judgemental and hypcrtical. I am pretty much postive you couldn't spot a real or fake boob in a line up and would be drooling just the same at a lady with either.
