ftw? meatloaf with gravy is gross?? hmmmm, ok well, how about this?? i mix a concoction of ground chicken, turkey and beef in a mixing bowl with a couple of eggs and some spices...then i take half of it and make a meat bowl out of it across the bottom of a greased baking dish...then i saute some chopped celery, onions and carrots and put them in a mixing bowl, add some stuffing and some chicken broth and mix it up good...then i put the stuffing concoction into the meat bowl in the baking dish...then i flatten out the remaining meat and make a lid for the meat bowl...lay it on top of the meat bowl and pinch the edges together and pour a can or two of chicken or turkey gravy over top and slide it into a 350 degree oven for a couple of hours or until the meatloaf is floating and brown on top...dayummnnn! i'm HONGRY!!
